The NVA/DC family decided it was worth a trip to Mobile, Al, to celebrate Thanksgiving with Dad and Mama Doris. It was a small gathering but I really enjoyed it. Diep and I drove down and stayed overnight in Greenville, SC, and Megan flew down because of her condensed schedule. We all met in Mobile and on Thanksgiving Day went over to Dad's house and enjoyed a meal prepared for twice as many people as was at the table.

I wish there had been more time to visit siblings and cousins, but as I get older it seems that my most precious resource is time.
